How to read file js or css?

my file create in floder /js , name js.copy
but my adress can't read
mysite/js/copy.js and mysite/js/js.copy is not available
this is error ? Or cache have a problem ?

tập tin của tôi được tạo trong floder /js , tên là js.copy
nhưng địa chỉ của tôi không thể đọc được
mysite/js/copy.js và mysite/js/js.copy không khả dụng
Đây có phải là lỗi không? Hay bộ nhớ đệm có vấn đề?
