From my understanding, this helps save time, reduce workload, and also improve accuracy in project costing. It also allows teams to focus more on site work and project execution while estimation is handled by specialists. I would like to know your opinion on this approach. For long term growth, I think a balanced approach works best. Companies can keep basic estimating knowledge internally while using detailed outsourced estimates for larger or complex projects. This helps maintain control on budget while still gaining efficiency from external support.
